👉Seeing the vibrant Chhams performed by the Llamas is one of the nicest things to do on a Ladakh tour. If you haven't witnessed the dance drama with its vivid costumes and intimidating masks, you haven't sensed the energy and true allure of Ladakh. Attend the Ladakh Festival's Hemis Festival to be amazed by the beautiful dances. The Hemis Festival celebrated every summer is Ladakh most famous festival which marks the 10th-day of the Tibetan Lunar calendar. It is known for its radiant colours and gigantic décor which adorns the city and its monasteries.

• Tso Moriri is India's tallest and largest saltwater lake, measuring 4,522 metres (14,836 feet).
• This lovely 19-kilometer-long lake remains frozen between January and March, when the weather is bitterly cold.

Alchi Monastery
